I am extremely pleased to be presenting the latest version of our catalogue.
This last season has reinstated just how dynamic our industry is regardless of the bad weather we had and the complicated economy resulting in a significant drop in buying power.
Sales of plants has undoubtedly been helped by the growing awareness of environmental issues: this awareness lets us look ahead with a positive mindset but it means we are also responsible for adopting an increasingly sustainable approach to production, within a supply chain that is sustainable too.
Our corporate culture is expressed through the dedication and commitment of our employees; through their pro-active participation in company life, culminating in a healthy spirit of cooperation and an attitude based on open and direct communication with all stakeholders, including people from outside the company. It is this culture that has helped promote the creation of a network of solid bonds founded on the exchange of information and the sharing of skills, something we call nowadays a ‘community’
A community denotes a more modern approach to business, where each supply chain is part of an integrated system made up of companies and organisations that are linked together and no longer simply share the same location. Our customers and suppliers are also part of our community, as are people representing professional organisations and institutions for research and training. Being part of this community means you have to be transparent in your dealings, sharing objectives, values, procedures and strategies; defending quality in the broadest sense of the word across the industry as a whole and, ultimately, creating a safe, controlled and sustainable production and distribution chain.
